Job Summary
Leading commercial growth for the Small Plastics business, the full-time Senior Account Manager will manage a portfolio of complex accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities while working remotely from home in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver revenue, volume, and margin targets through disciplined opportunity management
- Develop and execute account plans for top accounts, aligning stakeholders and setting quarterly growth actions
- Qualify, propose, and negotiate customer agreements while leveraging pricing frameworks to expand margin
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience, particularly in HDPE blow molding and the Agricultural Chemical market
- Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated pricing and negotiation capabilities
- Experience in mentoring junior sellers and leading complex negotiations
