Job Summary

Owning and growing a portfolio of commercial accounts across the Americas, the full-time Senior Account Manager will proactively identify expansion opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and engage with stakeholders at all levels to drive value-based conversations and product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial customer accounts and drive expansion opportunities within existing customers
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including stakeholder mapping and engagement strategies
  • Lead customer discovery conversations and deliver tailored product demonstrations to various audiences
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a customer-facing role within SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of driving expansion within existing accounts
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to articulate technical value
  • Experience engaging with VP- and C-level stakeholders
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
