Job Summary
To drive long-term customer success, the full-time Senior Account Manager will manage a portfolio of enterprise clients remotely, focusing on relationship building, strategic account planning, and maximizing product adoption to ensure exceptional value and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end client relationship, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional customer experience
- Drive strategic account planning to identify and develop new upsell, cross-sell, and use-case opportunities for revenue growth
- Maximize product adoption and value realization by becoming an expert in product capabilities and ensuring seamless platform integration
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Account Management, preferably within a SaaS or AdTech environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through account growth and upselling
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with experience in executive-level communication
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate complex organizations
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing complex sales cycles effectively
