Job Summary
Seeking a high-performing Senior Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships with large healthcare organizations, focusing on health plans and payer entities, in a full-time remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise-level clients, developing a deep understanding of their objectives and analytics needs
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, collaborating with Sales and Product teams to craft tailored proposals
- Act as the voice of the client internally, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic consulting within healthcare analytics or technology
- Strong knowledge of the payer landscape and healthcare ecosystem, including Medicare Advantage and commercial health plans
- Proven track record in managing large, complex accounts and driving client satisfaction and growth
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Experience with CRM and digital sales software
