Job Summary

Providing planning, operational, and optimization support for key accounts, the full-time Senior Account Manager will manage client communications, deliver insights, and oversee strategic initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients as the primary point of contact for day-to-day management
  • Develop and manage account plans and strategic roadmaps to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize loyalty programs and support client requests and changes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in the marketing or loyalty industry
  • Understanding of general marketing principles, with promotional and CRM experience preferred
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Jira, Workfront, and SharePoint
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment
