Job Summary
Guiding clients through onboarding and product adoption, the full-time Senior Account Manager will run live demos, convert inbound leads into paying customers, and grow revenue from existing accounts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Run live demos, dedicating over 70% of time to client calls from initial contact to product adoption
- Manage the full inbound sales cycle, including qualifying leads, conducting demos, and closing deals
- Identify upsell opportunities and maintain account health to ensure ongoing client value and satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success
- Experience with live demos and discovery calls, effectively moving deals forward
- Familiarity with SaaS contracts valued at $5K+ per year
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in CRM tools for managing sales pipelines
