Job Summary
Taking ownership of complex, high-stakes client situations, the contract Senior Account Manager will drive outcomes, manage escalated accounts, and operate as a senior advisor in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and resolve complex, escalated, or high-risk accounts from initial risk signals to resolution
- Monitor engagement health and build targeted recovery plans to drive retention and identify expansion opportunities
- Lead advisory sessions with founders and C-suite executives, providing strategic guidance and actionable feedback
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, consulting, or a senior operational role
- Proven track record managing complex, escalated accounts with successful recovery outcomes
- Experience advising at the founder or C-suite level, influencing decisions under pressure
- Background in growth strategy, sales systems, or B2B sales
- Strong diagnostic ability and high emotional intelligence in high-pressure situations
