Job Summary
Managing day-to-day client relationships, the full-time Senior Account Manager will deliver exceptional client service for a portfolio of small to mid-size accounts while working remotely from anywhere within the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing inquiries related to service delivery, billing, and account administration
- Coordinate incident support requests and collaborate with operational teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Monitor account activity to identify service risks and opportunities for improvement, escalating concerns as needed
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in client services, account management, or customer relations roles
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience supporting corporate or enterprise clients, particularly in employee benefits or wellbeing services
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
