Job Summary
Leading client relationships and engagements, the full-time Senior Account Manager will drive retention and growth for restaurant partnerships while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities:
- Own individual revenue targets and contribute to pod revenue goals
- Develop strategies to retain and grow client partnerships, ensuring alignment with client needs
- Independently manage the onboarding of new clients and campaign setup to ensure smooth launches
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or sales support
- Direct industry experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data
- Experience supporting renewals, upsells, and client growth conversations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
