Job Summary
To protect and scale high-value B2B platform partnerships, the full-time Senior Account Manager will manage commercial growth plans, negotiate complex proposals, and drive client onboarding while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own commercial growth plans and conduct regular business reviews to align on client goals and identify upsell opportunities
- Translate client business metrics into actionable feedback for internal teams and advocate for customer goals
- Drive smooth onboarding for new accounts and unblock operational issues across various teams to enhance client experience
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the B2B iGaming platform sector
- Advanced commercial negotiation skills with a proven track record in financial proposal management
- Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian, with English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Deep understanding of the iGaming landscape and operational challenges faced by operators
- Solid technical literacy regarding the software development life-cycle and familiarity with project management tools
