Job Summary

Leading the commercial strategy and relationship development with National Grid, the full-time Senior Account Manager will drive account growth, foster long-term partnerships, and ensure the delivery of high-impact electrification solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Driving account growth by identifying and capturing strategic opportunities aligned with electrification and sustainability objectives
  • Building trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, to address their business challenges
  • Creating robust sales plans that maximize business volume and profitability while ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Required qualifications
  • Experience in end-to-end B2B account management and successful contract negotiation
  • Understanding of the UK energy market, particularly in transmission, distribution, or industrial electrification
  • Ability to navigate complex business landscapes and translate technical requirements into profitable solutions
  • Proven capability to build and influence stakeholder relationships at the highest organizational levels
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering is preferred but not mandatory; total experience is prioritized
