Job Summary
Seeking a relationship-driven Senior Account Manager, the hybrid role will manage and grow client accounts within the digital healthcare portfolio, focusing on building partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving account expansion through proactive management and upselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically manage a book of business above 1 million in revenue, ensuring timely updates and illustrating the value of products and services
- Support proactive strategies for end-to-end management of strategic accounts, including monitoring utilization and growth data
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention through effective issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of account management, client success, or sales operations experience, preferably in digital health
- Experience with end-to-end process optimization for strategic book management
- Familiarity with Third Party Administrators, Aggregators, and Resellers
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and pipeline management
