Job Summary
Managing and growing key customer accounts, the remote Senior Account Manager will foster relationships with stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with executive contacts early, providing updates and driving Executive Business Reviews to ensure alignment on ROI
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customers, promoting adoption and addressing potential risks to secure renewals and expansions
- Utilize data insights to enhance customer engagement and identify opportunities for growth across accounts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of account management or customer success experience in a B2B SaaS startup
- Proven track record of managing high-touch healthcare and enterprise customer relationships
- Experience achieving and surpassing renewal, retention, and upsell targets
- Strong operational skills with a focus on driving organizational efficiencies and customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and G Suite applications
