Job Summary

Fostering strong client relationships, the full-time Senior Account Manager will manage account activities, provide strategic guidance based on business acumen, and lead budget development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain transparent relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns
  • Utilize industry knowledge and financial KPIs to offer strategic solutions and ensure efficient budget management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive positive client outcomes and tailor strategies based on data analysis and reporting
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Client Partner roles with a proven track record of successful campaign execution
  • Expertise in multiple digital platforms, including Google Analytics and project management tools
  • Demonstrated success in data analysis and using analytics tools to inform marketing decisions
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage time across various client and internal initiatives
