Job Summary
To drive strategic growth for significant enterprise portfolios, the full-time Senior Account Manager will manage a book of business, oversee account profitability, and build strong client relationships in a remote capacity across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Manage enterprise and mid-market accounts, developing and executing account plans with clear targets
- Drive expansion within existing clients by identifying growth opportunities and building comprehensive account plans
- Act as the account lead, ensuring high-quality implementation and client satisfaction through collaboration with delivery teams
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical account management or similar roles in tech consulting or software engineering
- Proven track record of growing accounts, particularly in mid-market and large enterprise environments
- Background in software engineering or solution architecture is a strong plus
- Experience in proactive origination and data-driven account management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
