Job Summary

To drive strategic growth across significant enterprise portfolios, the full-time Senior Account Manager will manage a book of business, oversee account profitability, and foster relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage enterprise and mid-market accounts, developing and executing account plans with clear targets
  • Drive expansion within existing clients by identifying growth opportunities across various service areas
  • Act as the account lead, ensuring high-quality implementation and client satisfaction through collaboration with delivery teams
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in technical account management or similar roles within tech consulting or software engineering
  • Proven track record of growing accounts in both mid-market and large enterprise settings
  • Strong understanding of software engineering, solution architecture, and cloud technologies
  • Experience in proactive client engagement and demand shaping
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains
