Job Summary
To drive strategic growth and manage enterprise portfolios, the full-time Senior Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure account profitability, and lead expansion initiatives in a remote setting across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a set of enterprise and mid-market accounts, developing account plans with clear targets and tactics
- Drive expansion within existing clients by identifying growth opportunities and building comprehensive account strategies
- Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, leading regular strategy sessions and ensuring client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical account management or similar roles in tech consulting or software engineering
- Proven track record of growing accounts in both mid-market and large enterprise environments
- Technical background in software engineering or solution architecture is a strong plus
- Experience in proactive origination and data-driven account management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
