Job Summary

To drive strategic growth across significant enterprise portfolios, the full-time Senior Account Manager will manage a book of business remotely, focusing on account profitability and expansion while fostering strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage enterprise and mid-market accounts, overseeing revenue growth, margin, and forecasting
  • Drive expansion within existing clients by identifying growth opportunities and executing comprehensive account plans
  • Act as the account lead, ensuring high-quality implementation and client satisfaction through collaboration with delivery teams
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in technical account management or client partner roles within tech consulting or software engineering
  • Proven track record of growing accounts, particularly in mid-market and large enterprise settings
  • Strong technical background in software engineering, solution architecture, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively originate new business opportunities and drive demand
