Job Summary
To drive strategic growth in enterprise portfolios, the full-time remote Senior Account Manager will manage client relationships, oversee account profitability, and lead expansion efforts across AI, data, and custom software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts, ensuring revenue growth and account health
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing clients, developing comprehensive account plans
- Act as the primary account lead, collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical account management or similar roles in tech consulting or software engineering
- Proven track record of growing mid-market and large enterprise accounts
- Technical fluency in software engineering, solution architecture, or related fields
- Experience with proactive origination and data-driven account management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
