Job Summary
To drive strategic growth in enterprise portfolios, the full-time Senior Account Manager will manage key client relationships, oversee account profitability, and lead expansion initiatives while working remotely across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a set of enterprise and mid-market accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and owner for each relationship
- Drive expansion within existing clients by identifying growth opportunities and developing comprehensive account plans
- Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, leading strategy sessions and ensuring client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical account management or similar roles in tech consulting or software engineering
- Proven track record of growing accounts in mid-market and large enterprise environments
- Technical background in software engineering or solution architecture is a strong plus
- Experience with proactive origination and data-driven account management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
