Job Summary
To drive strategic growth for significant enterprise portfolios, the full-time Senior Account Manager will manage a set of enterprise and mid-market accounts remotely, overseeing account health, revenue growth, and client partnerships while ensuring high-quality delivery of AI, data, and custom software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage enterprise and mid-market accounts, developing and executing account plans with clear targets and timelines
- Drive expansion within existing clients by identifying growth opportunities and building comprehensive account plans
- Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders, leading strategy sessions and ensuring client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical account management or similar roles in tech consulting or software engineering
- Proven track record of growing accounts in both mid-market and large enterprise settings
- Technical background in software engineering, solution architecture, or delivery is a strong plus
- Experience with proactive origination and data-driven account management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and build lasting relationships
