Job Summary

To architect and lead the strategic growth of significant enterprise portfolios, the full-time Senior Account Manager will manage a book of business, drive expansion within existing clients, and oversee delivery oversight while working remotely across North America.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage enterprise and mid-market accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and owner for each relationship
  • Drive expansion within existing clients by identifying growth opportunities and developing comprehensive account plans
  • Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring high-quality implementation and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in technical account management or similar roles in tech consulting or software engineering
  • Proven track record of growing accounts in both mid-market and large enterprise environments
  • Background in software engineering or solution architecture is a strong plus
  • Experience with proactive origination and a data-driven approach to account management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
