Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of high-value clients, the full-time Senior Account Manager will manage relationships, drive account retention, and execute strategic initiatives remotely, ensuring program success and long-term partnership value.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for operational needs and strategic initiatives
- Drive account retention by proactively addressing service issues and ensuring consistent program execution while managing annual revenue growth
- Develop and execute account strategies that drive success, improvement, and targeted expansion, utilizing data to inform decisions and demonstrate value
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or healthcare consulting in a client-facing role
- Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics and retaining a book of business through contract renewals
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple accounts or workstreams simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing clinical outcomes and marketing data
- Familiarity with health plan operations and complex contracting within health systems
