Job Summary
To drive strategic growth for significant enterprise portfolios, the full-time Senior Account Manager will manage a set of accounts, oversee account profitability, and foster relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage enterprise and mid-market accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and owner for each relationship
- Drive expansion within existing clients by identifying growth opportunities and developing comprehensive account plans
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, leading regular strategy sessions and ensuring high-quality implementation and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical account management or similar roles in tech consulting or software engineering
- Proven track record of growing accounts in both mid-market and large enterprise settings
- Strong background in software engineering, solution architecture, or delivery
- Experience in proactive origination and data-driven account management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
