Job Summary
To drive strategic growth across significant enterprise portfolios, the full-time Senior Account Manager will manage a book of business, oversee account profitability, and foster long-term partnerships with mid-market and enterprise clients in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage enterprise and mid-market accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and owner for each relationship
- Drive expansion within existing clients by identifying growth opportunities and executing comprehensive account plans
- Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders, leading regular strategy sessions and ensuring high-quality delivery oversight
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical account management or client partnership roles within tech consulting or software engineering
- Proven track record of growing accounts in both mid-market and large enterprise environments
- Technical fluency in software engineering, solution architecture, or delivery, with the ability to discuss AI and data platforms
- Experience in proactive origination and a data-driven approach to account management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively
