Job Summary

To support the growth of Trafilea's wholesale operations, the remote Senior Account Manager will focus on building profitable relationships with retail partners, ensuring effective demand planning, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Support demand planning and collaborate with the commercial team to maintain adequate inventory for wholesalers
  • Make informed decisions and lead teams effectively by understanding project scopes and needs
  • Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to manage priorities and compliance in wholesale meetings
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the apparel industry
  • Strong commercial background with a focus on customer experience
  • Experience in developing documentation and tools for commercial relationships
  • Proficiency in aligning with inventory, demand planning, supply, and production areas
  • Experience with MS Excel and Google Docs, including presentations
