Job Summary
Managing day-to-day operational health across a portfolio of strategic accounts, the full-time remote Senior Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for multi-million dollar clients, ensuring smooth operations, driving expansion opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee operational health and manage the commercial relationship for strategic accounts, acting as the voice of the company
- Drive expansion pipeline by cultivating relationships and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure commitments are met while maintaining accurate account and pipeline data in CRM
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success Management, or Strategic Sales within cloud infrastructure or technical segments
- Proven track record of managing and growing multi-million dollar accounts with measurable results
- Deep understanding of infrastructure concepts such as object storage, S3-compatible APIs, and data pipeline design
- Ability to engage with technical buyers and maintain relationships across multiple organizational levels
- Strong CRM discipline with a focus on keeping account notes and pipeline data current and actionable
