Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic solutions
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to create insights that inform decision-making and enhance client healthcare programs
  • Translate complex data into actionable reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in account management or client success roles within data analytics or consulting environments
  • 4 years of experience in healthcare data analytics
  • 3 years of healthcare payment integrity experience
  • Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships and negotiating contracts
