Job Summary
To drive revenue growth in a defined territory, the full-time Senior Account Manager will engage in consultative prospecting, manage a sales pipeline, and collaborate with solution consultants, all while working in a hybrid environment across Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Lincoln offices.
Key responsibilities
- Own territory success by meeting and exceeding sales goals through solution selling
- Engage in high-impact outbound calling to uncover business objectives and tailor product solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including maintaining a CRM and participating in Quarterly Business Reviews
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving new business or territory growth targets
- Experience in consulting prospects on business objectives and challenges
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
