Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

Experienced in medical communications, the remote Senior Account Manager will manage and deliver impactful scientific publications, serving as the primary client contact while leading project execution and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact, providing strategic counsel on medical affairs and publication planning
• Lead the execution of medical affairs and publication projects from planning through submission
• Oversee project financials, including budget management, SOW development, and resource allocation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences (advanced degree preferred)
• 4-6 years of experience in a medical communications agency with a focus on medical affairs and publications
• Strong project and financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
• Proven ability to manage complex publication programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of Datavision and Veeva is a plus
