Job Summary

Managing multiple publications projects, the full-time Senior Account Manager will oversee project delivery from initiation to completion while collaborating with clients and internal teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage publications projects, including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and congress-related deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status trackers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage project financial activities, including invoicing and budget management

Required qualifications:

• Strong experience in a Medical Communications agency environment
• Sound publications management experience
• Project management skills with a focus on financial activities
• Experience in direct client communication and project management
• Excellent organizational skills
