Senior Account Manager
Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for prestigious clients, the full-time Senior Account Manager will manage client relationships, drive campaign performance, and collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure exceptional onboarding experiences, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the lead contact for high-value clients, overseeing campaign management and execution
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and data-driven insights
- Utilize knowledge of digital marketing trends to provide innovative solutions and support upsell/cross-sell activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- 7+ years of experience in client management within digital advertising, particularly CTV/OTT
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic recommendations
- Proven leadership abilities to mentor and guide other Account Managers
- Solid understanding of the AdTech industry, especially in the CTV space
