Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and promote customer loyalty and retention
- Generate leads and close deals for additional solutions and upgrades
- Create strategic account plans and forecasts, and meet revenue quotas
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the software industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with contracts is a plus
