Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and promote customer loyalty and retention
  • Generate leads and close deals for additional solutions and upgrades
  • Create strategic account plans and forecasts, and meet revenue quotas

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the software industry
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with contracts is a plus
