Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead high-complexity health plan partnerships in California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the senior relationship owner for complex managed care health plan partners
  • Own renewal readiness and proactively identify expansion opportunities across various services and populations
  • Maintain expertise in contract requirements and lead cross-functional action plans to improve performance and partner satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in payer/provider partnerships, strategic account management, or managed care roles
  • Strong experience with Medicaid managed care plans, preferably Medi-Cal
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex senior stakeholder relationships
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through operational improvement initiatives
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of healthcare economics and value-based care models
