Job Summary
Managing strategic client relationships, the remote Senior Account Manager - Group Benefits will serve as the primary contact for key employer group clients, ensuring service delivery, issue resolution, and client satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned key employer group clients, handling issue resolution and renewal preparation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts and broker partners, proactively communicating account status and updates
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and service improvements, while preparing client reports and stewardship presentations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of related experience in insurance, benefits administration, or client services
- In-depth understanding of group insurance products and administrative concepts
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce is preferred but not required
