Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Account Manager - Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise healthcare accounts and serve as their main advisor
  • Manage complex renewal and expansion cycles with multiple stakeholders and create strategic account plans
  • Monitor usage and adoption trends, leveraging internal tools to identify risks and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience managing enterprise accounts in healthcare
  • Direct experience with healthcare procurement and navigating compliance stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving technology adoption in complex enterprise environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Fluency in Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and BI/CX tools
