Job Summary

To support the growth of ambulatory healthcare client relationships, the full-time Senior Account Manager - Healthcare will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, focusing on revenue expansion through cross-selling and upselling strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing ambulatory healthcare client accounts with a primary focus on revenue expansion
  • Develop and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies aligned with company revenue and growth objectives
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning technology solutions to their business, operational, and compliance needs
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or revenue-focused growth roles
  • Proven success driving revenue growth within existing client accounts
  • Experience working with ambulatory healthcare, physician practices, outpatient clinics, or other healthcare organizations strongly preferred
  • Strong background in cross-selling and upselling services or solutions in a B2B, MSP, or healthcare technology environment
  • Understanding of HIPAA requirements and healthcare data standards
