Job Summary
Leading a large-scale legal eBilling operation, the full-time Senior Account Manager - Legal Services will oversee a team of professionals, ensuring service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee contracted operations to meet client and employee needs while managing a high-performing team
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and service reviews
- Drive operational excellence across all invoice lifecycle stages and lead escalations involving billing disputes and compliance concerns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of experience in leading eBilling, Billing, and Compliance service delivery
- Ability to manage a P&L, including forecasting and budget management
- Expert knowledge of Aderant BillBlast and legal eBilling workflows
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and financial software, with strong customer service skills
