Job Summary
Driving the growth of China-based brands in U.S. e-commerce, the full-time Senior Account Manager - Mandarin will manage fulfillment across multiple marketplaces, structure competitive agreements, and advise on long-term growth strategies in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive brand growth by assessing GMV potential and building competitive fulfillment contract models
- Translate long-term brand goals into actionable steps and inspire teams to execute strategies effectively
- Monitor account health through performance metrics and take decisive actions to ensure brand success
Required qualifications
- Native Mandarin speaker with full fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services
- 5-6+ years managing e-commerce clients with significant annual net sales, particularly with brands importing from China
- Proven experience engaging with client leaders at all levels in fast-paced environments
- Strong management skills with creative problem-solving and exceptional communication abilities
