Job Summary

Senior Account Manager PBM, responsible for leading client relationships and ensuring compliance with PBM operations while working remotely in a full-time, salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular client meetings to track progress and ensure alignment on priorities
• Execute client contract terms and manage day-to-day client processes and inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in PBM Client Management or Client Support role
• 3+ years of experience in PBM operations
• 1+ year of experience managing compliance with PBM Government markets
• 1+ year of experience handling complex PBM client issues
• Proficiency with RxClaim or Claims Adjudications Platforms and MS Suite
