Senior Account Manager QKA
Job Summary
Serving as a technical lead, the full-time Senior Account Manager QKA will maintain client relationships, manage accounts, perform compliance testing, and prepare government filings while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret plan documents and apply knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations for qualified plans
- Perform annual nondiscrimination testing and manage plan corrections to ensure compliance
- Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships while mentoring team members
Required qualifications
- College degree with 8+ years of retirement experience
- Minimum of 8 years in an account manager or similar role in retirement administration
- QKA designation required
- Experience with Relius and FT Williams required
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft applications
