Job Summary
Focusing on customer engagement and account growth, the full-time Senior Account Manager, SLED (WI) will nurture relationships with existing clients and prospect for new business opportunities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Execute account plans that align with sales targets and customer objectives, collaborating with internal teams and technology partners
- Maintain operational command of accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and tracking performance metrics
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of account management or sales experience in the technology industry, preferably with public sector clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a focus on customer retention and new business development
- Strong operational skills, including account management and forecasting
- Significant existing relationships with public sector decision makers in the local market
- Minimum of 5 years in technology sales, with at least 3 years in public sector-specific technology sales
