Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of customer accounts, the full-time Senior Account Operations Manager will serve as the primary commercial point of contact throughout the quote-to-cash lifecycle, managing renewals, guiding customers through contractual matters, and enhancing customer experience in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely and predictable renewal experiences while maintaining strong account hygiene in Salesforce
  • Oversee the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, collaborating with internal teams to streamline customer contracting and ensure on-time execution of agreements
  • Assist customers with product-related inquiries and operational needs, using data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement in customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
  • 5+ years of experience in account operations, renewals, or similar roles, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full customer renewal lifecycle, including quoting and contract execution
  • Strong working knowledge of SaaS commercial constructs and hands-on experience in Salesforce
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams, alongside comfort with product usage data and account health signals
