Senior Account Reimbursement Specialist

Job Summary

Coordinating the billing and follow-up process in a remote setting, the full-time Senior Account Reimbursement Specialist will manage claims, payments, and denials while serving as a liaison between the organization, payers, and patients.

Key responsibilities:

• Processes claims, payments, adjustments, refunds, and resolves unpaid patient and insurance balances
• Analyzes financial data to identify and resolve reimbursement patterns and discrepancies
• Maintains accurate account documentation and serves as a liaison with insurance companies and administrative personnel

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of revenue cycle processes and ICD-10-CM/PCS coding
• Intermediate data entry skills
• Ability to conduct research and analysis for problem-solving
