Job Summary

Coordinating the billing and follow-up process, the full-time remote Senior Account Reimbursement Specialist will manage claims, payments, and patient account inquiries while serving as a liaison with insurance companies and analyzing financial data for reimbursement trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Processes claims, payments, adjustments, refunds, and denials while maintaining accurate account documentation
• Serves as a liaison with insurance companies and third-party payors to resolve reimbursement issues
• Analyzes financial data to identify and reconcile patterns leading to erroneous or no reimbursement

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge of revenue cycle processes and coding systems (ICD-10-CM/PCS)
• Intermediate data entry skills with accuracy in transcribing information
• Experience in analyzing financial data and resolving account discrepancies
