Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Based Renewals Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and execute full renewal workflows across assigned accounts
- Drive timely and accurate renewal executions while identifying and closing seat expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with customer procurement teams and provide mentorship to junior colleagues
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in a software or SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage high volume renewal cycles
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and renewal workflows
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple renewal motions
- Experience engaging customer procurement or commercial teams
