Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Based Renewals Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage and execute full renewal workflows across assigned accounts
  • Drive timely and accurate renewal executions while identifying and closing seat expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with customer procurement teams and provide mentorship to junior colleagues
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in a software or SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage high volume renewal cycles
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and renewal workflows
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple renewal motions
  • Experience engaging customer procurement or commercial teams
