Senior Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Representative Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and resolve payment discrepancies
• Manage assigned accounts, including billing, collections, and adjustments
• Identify recurring issues and provide corrective action recommendations to management

Qualifications

• 1 year of claims/billing/collections experience or 4 years in a business office setting, or a Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in billing, collections, denials, and credit balances
• Familiarity with third-party payer guidelines and reimbursement practices
• Knowledge of ICD9, CPT4, HCPCS, and medical terminology preferred
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
