Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Representative Sr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and resolve payment discrepancies
• Manage assigned accounts, including billing, collections, and adjustments
• Mentor staff and identify procedural deficiencies for management reporting

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of claims/billing/collections experience or 4 years in a business office setting, or a Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with billing, collections, denials, and credit balances
• Familiarity with third-party payer guidelines and medical terminology
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and develop professional relationships
