Senior Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Representative Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims and payment arrangements
• Resolve payment discrepancies and assist in the claims appeal process
• Mentor staff and identify procedural deficiencies for management reporting

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of claims/billing/collections experience or 4 years in a business office setting, or a Bachelor's Degree
• Multi-disciplined in billing, collections, denials, and credit balances
• Prior collections or medical billing experience preferred
• Familiarity with third-party payer guidelines and reimbursement practices is beneficial
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage relationships professionally
