Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Resolution Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and monitor daily activities of the Account Resolution team
• Provide feedback for process improvements within the Account Resolution area
• Perform complex transactional tasks and interact with customers regarding payment delinquencies

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Account Resolution, customer contact, Customer Service, or Sales environment
• Experience in inbound and outbound customer service
• Ability to manage production goals and deadlines
• Experience in a structured call center environment
• Recovery experience preferred
